Since being in LA, I am looking to get out and do as much things as possible.
Most times all I needed to do is normally eat snow cream nevertheless, you know I guess I must obtain out and do things besides prepare. This last weekend a friend asked me to look hiking and have a picnic in Ranchos Palos Verdes, California. We purchased delicious salads at Trader Joe's (the best place evaaaa) and packed fresh fruit.
After all for heaven's sake I had been eating those peanut butter chocolates chip cookies with sea salt allllll last week so sweat and salad sounded fairly awesome.
After our hike I was still incredibly hungry, but I wanted a wholesome snack since I knew I used to be going out for dinner that night and will be most likely stuffing my face with warm tortilla chips and a huge Mexican salad. So what did I made a decision to make?

Zucchini chips!
Don't you take a look at your computer display screen like that. Just trust in the power of your range.
I will also mention that zucchini is low in calories so I love getting new ways to eat it.
These would be the ideal aspect dish to any burger you are cooking food up for labor time. However, if you are chowing down in it for a treat, I would recommend dipping them in a classic marinara sauce!

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup whole wheat grains bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Cover baking sheet with Parchment paper.
Place egg whites in normal size bowl. In different normal size bowl, combine the Parmesan, loaf of bread crumbs, salt, garlic clove powder, reddish colored pepper flakes and a little black pepper.
Drop each zucchini slice in egg whites then dip each round in to the Parmesan bread crumb mixture, making sure to coat it equally on boat edges. Place slices evenly on prepared cooking sheet and bake 15 minutes. Turn and bake another 5-10 mins or until zucchini potato chips are golden brownish and sharp.
Serve immediately.
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Experience free to add or subtract spices to suit your tastes.
