Happy Wellness Wed! You've probably heard about the term clean consuming before, right? In the event that you haven't, here's a basic definition: Clean consuming is actually the practice of consuming whole foods which are genuine, unrefined and minimally prepared.

Often times you'll listen to people bash ‘clean eating' because they say it's too black and white on that foods are tagged good or bad or clean and filthy. BUT here's my viewpoint with clean consuming, because I believe from the different after that most out there - I believe that clean consuming ought to be about inclusion instead of exclusion. Sometimes it seems people might go through too much into the labels of clean consuming and try to break the term into something it is not.

Clean eating doesn't mean you happen to be gluten free, vegan, grain free of charge or paleo. It means that 80% of the time you try and make choices which will fuel your body with nutritious choices. It's not about being 100 % pure 100% of that time period or anything like this, so don't get caught up in the world clean.
My own belief is that we should be including more of the foods in my grocery list into our diet plans whenever you can, but that also we have to be flexible with our choices. In reality, the clean eating movement is about encouraging others to include wholesome, nutritious foods within their diet plan! Let's eat more veggie, fruits and much less processed junk OVERALL Yes, you can still possess pizza - but much less often, or maybe you create a whole grain version or topped with with vegetables and less cheese.

This is exactly why I created this FREE printable clean eating grocery lists - to encourage you to add more of these foods in your daily diet!
My challenge to you
The next time you're at the grocery store find a new fruit or veggie (or really anything) through the list. Challenge yourself to learn to prepare it in different ways or try something different. For example, you can find cauliflower and attempt cauliflower rice, buffalo cauliflower or mashed cheesy cauliflower.

You may find that you really enjoy it.
The point here's that little baby steps in your daily diet can lead to big changes over time. Perhaps you will discover a new meals your family or partner enjoys. Or maybe you'll get creative in your kitchen and so a little fun meal prep for the week that includes kale or broccoli (something you normally don't eat).

Don't be afraid to consider this list to the supermarket and try something new and different. Search Pinterest for dishes (or Ambitious Kitchen certainly).
